1. Who We Are

PrizeArena ("we", "us", "our") operates skill-based competitions, free-entry promotions and member services via this website. We are Prize Arena - A Cover Me Now Company, registered at 1 Crest Close

2. These Terms

These Terms apply to all competitions, promotions, account services and prize draws available on this website. By creating an account or entering any competition, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any specific rules shown on the competition page.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be a UK resident unless stated otherwise on a competition page.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and entries voided.
  • ID upload and admin account approval may be required before entries, tickets or prizes are validated.
  • We may request additional proof of age, identity or address before issuing prizes.

4. Competition Types

4.1 Paid Skill Competitions (with free postal entry)

  • Paid entries require a correct answer to the competition question.
  • A free postal entry route is available for paid competitions. See the Free Entry Route page.
  • Paid and free entries are treated equally in the draw.

4.2 Watch-an-Ad Competitions

  • Entry is unlocked by watching the specified ad for the required duration.
  • One ticket per completed ad view unless stated otherwise.
  • We may validate completion and remove entries that are incomplete or automated.

4.3 Survey Competitions

  • Entry is unlocked by completing the survey questions shown on the competition page.
  • Answers must be truthful and complete. Incomplete or automated responses may be removed.
  • One ticket per completed survey unless stated otherwise.

4.4 Referral Giveaway Promotions

  • Referral promotions may award bonus tickets based on approved referrals.
  • Referral tickets are only credited when the referred account has submitted ID and has been approved by admin.
  • We may cancel referral tickets where we detect duplicate, false, or unverifiable accounts.

5. How Entries Work

  • Entries open and close at the times shown on the competition page (UK time).
  • Max entry limits per user may apply and are shown on the competition page.
  • Referral ticket credits may be delayed until account verification checks are complete.
  • Entries received after closing time are not valid.

6. Draws & Winners

  • Winners are selected at random from valid entries after the closing time, unless otherwise stated.
  • We record the winning ticket code and publish winners on the website.
  • If a winner cannot be verified or does not respond, we may select an alternative winner.

7. Prizes

  • Prize details are shown on the competition page.
  • No cash alternative is offered unless explicitly stated.
  • We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Entries are non-refundable once submitted, except where a competition is cancelled.
  • If a competition is cancelled, we will contact entrants with the available options.

9. Disqualification

We may void entries or close accounts where we reasonably believe there has been:

  • Fraud, automated entry, or manipulation of the entry process.
  • False or misleading account details.
  • Abuse of entry limits or free-entry routes.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or corrupted. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under UK consumer law.

11. Data & Privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Survey responses and ad-completion data may be stored to validate entries and for aggregated reporting.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
